We need to receive your poster by Friday afternoon, 24 September. Posters will be mounted on display boards with a maximum size of 48 inches wide x 36 inches high. Please bring your poster to the IRG registration desk in the Marriott on Friday. If you are shipping, they may be shipped rolled; foamcore mounting is not required. Ship to:

We are not requiring any particular format, template, or logo for your posters. Make the best use of the size to communicate your work. Remember that attendees will be standing 4-6 feet away; choose your text size accordingly! It’s better to show results and impact; details can be left for other media.

If you wish, we can arrange for local printing of your poster at the University of Arizona. We will charge your our actual cost (estimated to be $150), and would have to be paid in advance via PayPal or check. To take advantage of this service, please contact me directly. We would need to have your PDF file (max 3840×2880 pixels) by Wednesday, 15 September to guarantee that your poster will be printed in time.

If you wish to retain your poster after the symposium, please plan to remove it sometime on Sunday, 26 September, or make arrangements with us directly. Any posters left mounted that evening will be discarded.

We are very pleased to announce that the prestigious journal of the International Academy of Astronautics, Acta Astronautica, has agreed to publish a special section or special issue (depending upon the number of papers accepted) featuring selected papers from our symposium. We strongly encourage our accepted speakers and poster presentersto submit a paper for consideration by the journal, following the standard Acta Astronautica format (https://www.elsevier.com/journals/acta-astronautica/0094-5765/guide-for-authors). Rather than submit directly to the journal, the papers should first be sent to Les Johnson (he will be editing the section/issue) no later than 1 October 2021. Publication is not guaranteed, but this is a special opportunity to have your work published in a peer-reviewed scientific journal.
